How do I delete my data?
All data is stored locally on your device. To delete, either remove individual entries in the app or uninstall GloApp. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletion in the app also removes data from iCloud.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your photos and skin data stay on your device with optional iCloud sync through Apple's secure infrastructure. We never collect or store your data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Does GloApp work offline?
Yes. All core features work offline since data is stored locally. Barcode scanning requires internet to fetch ingredient data from Open Beauty Facts.
How do I enable iCloud sync?
Go to Settings in the app and toggle iCloud Sync. Your data will sync across all devices signed in to your Apple ID.
Can I export my data?
Currently, data export is not available. All data is stored in your device's local storage or iCloud. We're considering export features for future updates.
Is GloApp a medical device?
No. GloApp is for personal skincare tracking only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider for medical concerns. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
Which devices are supported?
GloApp requires iOS 18.6 or later. It works on iPhone and supports iPad and Mac via iCloud sync (coming soon).
How do I report a bug?
Email us at info@glolog.app with:
- Device model and iOS version
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
- Screenshots (optional but helpful)
